The Site Rush - Review

In this review of Saj P’s The Site Rush, we’ll look at some of the methods revealed and ask whether the information is valid and worthwhile - or not worth your time and effort.

The Site Rush primarily focuses on site flipping techniques, and it’s creator Saj P is well-placed with previous products he created such as 4 Tier Annihilation and Affiliate Payload (both of these were created alongside Alex Goad).

So let’s review what The Site Rush covers …

In effect, the product gives you a business blueprint that you can use to earn upwards of $5k per month fairly quickly - even if you have virtually no funds to get started - to techniques that can bring you $50k to millions of dollars for each site you learn to ‘flip’.

It was actually created in conjunction with an affiliate giant who earns a quarter of a million dollars a month from his activities, and used his know-how on buying established sites, integrating continuity models, elite traffic sources, monetizing methods and more.

I’d certainly suggest that you don’t judge it by the low price - the low price almost put me off buying it to be honest, and it belies the fact that the content you get with this is massive and certainly into the league of $997 courses sold by the some of the bigger guru’s out there.

Videos with The Site Rush take you step-by-step through the techniques he reveals, and there’s also lot of written content to go through.

You’ll learn quick strategies for site flipping, and then if you go deeper, you’ll go into much more advanced method, including at the top level where you learn to build recurring income from your sites, where you build in continuity or membership models, and develop a constantly increasing monthly income from the sites with very little investment required of your time - the real key to building long-term customer relationships, and you can do it across different but highly valuable niches.

One of my criticisms in this review of The Site Rush is that there is just far too much in there - it would be very easy to go into it with all guns blazing, only to fizzle out after a couple of weeks when the next ‘big thing’ comes along, and you lose your focus.

My recommendation would therefore be to aim to get started slowly, actually schedule time in to go through it each week for the long-term, and certainly don’t try to take it all in at once. Start with his beginner techniques and actually implement something by flipping a site or two - and then go on to the next level, read, digest, and take action.

After 12 months, you would have made huge progress thanks to The Site Rush, and if you’ve put into practice just some of the techniques, even if you started out a complete beginner, you should at least have a few thousand dollars a month coming in courtesy of your initial small investment and of course your time commitment over the months. If you already have some online activities, of course the potential is much greater.

CPA Vs CPC - Is One Better Than the Other?

Most of us that have surfed around the internet looking for information about internet marketing have at least heard of if not have even tried CPC (Pay per Click). More and more, the word is getting out about CPA (Cost per Action) Marketing. Does new always mean better? Let’s look at some of the aspects of both.

With pay per click, after you decide the keywords you would like to attract visitors to your offer, then you decide which ones you want to pay for. The example I can give you for this that is easy to understand is that suppose you can afford $100 a month for your CPC account. You’ve picked out a great keyword. The only problem is it is $5.00 a click. Well it doesn’t take a mathematician long to figure that out now does it? If you’re paying that much per click then your money will be gone in 20 clicks possibly by the first day. It takes careful planning and monitoring especially on limited funds to make CPC work. Once you start making conversions, then you start making money.

You have to have money to keep this system going until it starts generating on its own. How long, you say? There is no way of knowing because there are many factors that can be involved here. The amount for your budget, what you are advertising, how good your keywords are performing to help you make conversions are major items as to how long it takes for you to make money. It is very good idea to consider finding a mentor suited for your needs, even if you have to come out of pocket and invest in doing so. You could save a lot of time and effort by learning from someone who has "been there".

Now, what about our other way to market: CPA(Cost per Action)? Well there are some things about it that look better, especially for someone starting out. Don’t think that just because you don’t always have to have money upfront because it is according to the CPA you want to work with. Some of the CPA’s want a setup fee and so much money in your account to start with, which I think, quite frankly, they are picking on the small business man. I would look for a CPA account that was much more "gentle" on you starting out that didn’t want several hundred for a setup fee and several thousand in your account. Does it not make sense that your product could be tested for a lot less than this? It does to me! I just think it is better to start small and work your way up a little at a time.

CPA accounts are actually trying to send visitors to websites and convert them into leads. You aren’t making as much as on a sales commission, but guess what? You make more sales, so you still come out the winner! You can also make money when visitors just come to your site as long as they sign up and it can be something for free.

The answer that most internet marketers need to ask themselves is which form of internet marketing is best for them. For some, they will want to keep their costs down and try CPA. It appears that a CPA could generate income quicker than a CPC campaign. Once the money started rolling, a CPC campaign could be tested when there would be more money to work with. Diversifying could be a good mix for others.

This article was written to give you a better perspective of the 2 markets, and which one would work best for you.
